Catholic schools are open to all who seek a quality education based on Catholic values. However, schools may not always be able to take every child who applies. In these cases, the Principal is guided by Catholic Education’s enrolment policy, which has been set by the Diocesan Education Council.
Each school has its own enrolment procedure. Parents considering a Catholic education for their child are encouraged to make contact with the school of their choice to find out about the enrolment procedures and what information is required to complete the enrolment application eg: birth certificate, baptism certificate, immunisation records, school reports and academic records.
Please refer directly to the school office, website and/or the Principal for further information. The enrolment period is generally April-May each year; however applications will be accepted at any time of the year.
The enrolment process is in two parts – Enrolment Application (EA), followed by Enrolment Confirmation (EC). The Enrolment Confirmation documents are only completed when an offer for enrolment is made by the school and accepted.
Application for Enrolment forms and Confirmation of Enrolment forms are available as printed documents from school offices, or alternatively they may be downloaded from the links below, then completed electronically, saved as a PDF document and printed for signing and return to the school.
