Maree Galeano what a beautiful reminder.

Is that every Catholic school in diocese

Every school in the state because of the need for buses in the southeast corner for the Commonwealth Games. Education Qld gave all schools a pupil free day and because of that effect on local bus services, Catholic schools needed to also. Or something like that!

Think about this

“Education cannot be neutral. It is either positive or negative; either it enriches or it impoverishes; either it enables a person to grow or it lessens, even corrupts him. The mission of schools is to develop a sense of truth, of what is good and beautiful. And this occurs through a rich path made up of many ingredients.”

-Pope Francis in an Address to Italian Educators May 10, 2014
